  • Airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation companies, and insurance providers are independent companies.
  • The agency does not own or control these suppliers.
  • All travel services are subject to the supplier’s own rules and conditions.

3. Reservations

Reservations are not guaranteed until:
  • Full payment is received (unless otherwise agreed)
  • Supplier confirms the booking
  • Confirmation documents are issued
Quoted prices may change until payment is completed.

4. Pricing

Prices may change due to:
  • Fuel surcharges
  • Government taxes
  • Currency exchange
  • Airline pricing
  • Hotel pricing
  • Availability
Once fully paid and ticketed, pricing is generally locked unless supplier rules state otherwise.

5. Deposits

Deposits may be:
  • Non-refundable
  • Non-transferable
  • Required to secure reservations
Failure to pay deposits by the due date may result in automatic cancellation.

6. Final Payment

  • Final payment dates are determined by suppliers.
  • Missing the payment deadline may result in cancellation.

10. Airline Rules

Passengers are responsible for:

Travelers are responsible for ensuring passports:

Travelers are solely responsible for obtaining:
  • Tourist visas
  • Business visas
  • Entry permits
  • Transit visas
  • Electronic Travel Authorizations (ETA/ETIAS/eVisa)

15. Health Requirements

Travelers are responsible for:
  • Vaccinations
  • Medical documentation
  • Prescription medications
  • Travel health restrictions

16. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Coverage may include:
  • Trip cancellation
  • Medical emergencies
  • Evacuation
  • Lost baggage
  • Travel delays
  • Missed connections
Declining travel insurance means the traveler assumes these risks.

17. Force Majeure

The agency is not responsible for events beyond its control including:

  • Floods
  • Pandemics
  • Government actions
  • Civil unrest
  • Terrorism
  • Airline strikes
  • Weather delays
  • Airport closures

18. Documentation

Travelers must verify:

  • Flights
  • Passport information
Errors must be reported immediately.

19. Refund Policy

Refunds depend entirely on supplier rules.
Some bookings may be:

Processing times may take several weeks depending on suppliers.

20. No-Show Policy

Failure to:

may result in complete forfeiture of payments.

21. Customer Responsibilities

22. Agency Responsibilities

The agency agrees to:
  • Exercise reasonable care.

  • Assist with supplier communication.
  • Offer travel insurance.
  • Provide customer support during business hours.

23. Privacy Policy

Customer information is protected.
Information may only be shared with:
  • Airlines
  • Hotels
  • Cruise lines
  • Tour operators
  • Insurance companies
  • Government authorities when legally required

24. Fraud Prevention

The agency reserves the right to:
  • Verify identity
  • Request identification
  • Decline suspicious transactions
  • Cancel fraudulent bookings

25. Chargebacks

Customers agree not to initiate unwarranted chargebacks for properly delivered services.
Chargebacks made in bad faith may result in:

26. Service Fees

Unless otherwise stated, service fees are non-refundable.

27. Special Requests

Requests such as:

cannot be guaranteed and remain subject to supplier availability.

28. Limitation of Liability

The agency is not liable for:
  • Supplier defaults
  • Airline delays
  • Lost baggage
  • Personal injury
  • Property damage
  • Missed connections
  • Acts of God
  • Government restrictions
Liability is limited to the amount of agency service fees paid, except where prohibited by law.

29. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
Venue for disputes shall be in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

30. Acceptance of Terms

By paying a deposit or final payment, the traveler acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
