25. Chargebacks

Liability is limited to the amount of agency service fees paid, except where prohibited by law.
29. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
Venue for disputes shall be in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
30. Acceptance of Terms
By paying a deposit or final payment, the traveler acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
